Can I get a refund for my access code?

Note: This only applies to out-of-pocket purchases, not books from your school's book program

Refund eligibility:

  • Access codes must NOT be opened or revealed in any way
  • Printed access cards: must be returned within 30 days
  • Digital access codes: must be returned within 14 days

What you'll get back:

Your refund minus:

  • Restocking fee (if applicable)
  • Original shipping cost (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs (if you used our shipping label)

If your access code isn't working:

  • We can help troubleshoot the issue
  • Once revealed, access codes can't be refunded
