Refund eligibility:

• Must be returned within 30 days of shipping date OR your course start date (whichever gives you more time)
• New bundled items with access cards cannot be unwrapped

What you'll get back:

Your refund minus:

• Restocking fee (if applicable)
• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping costs (if you used our shipping label)

Return shipping options:

• Within 30 days of shipping, you have access to:
  • UPS prepaid label (cost deducted from refund)
  • Unpaid return label (you pay shipping)

If you don't use our label:

• You're responsible for shipping costs and tracking
• You must include our packing slip for identification
• If the package is lost or damaged in transit, you'll need to file a claim with your carrier
