Refund eligibility:

• Must be returned within 30 days of shipping date OR your course start date (whichever gives you more time)
• Books must be in the same condition they were sent in (new books returned used won't be refunded)
• Bundled items ordered as new cannot be unwrapped
• Physical access cards must not be revealed

What you'll get back:

Your refund minus:

• Restocking fee (if applicable)
• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping costs (if you used our shipping label)
