Why was I charged for a rental I returned?

Contact us with the following information so we can investigate:

  1. Do you have a receipt? (Send a photo if possible)
  2. When did you return it? (Approximate date)
  3. Which books were in the package?
  4. How did you return it? (Our prepaid label, your own label, on campus, etc.)
  5. If returned on campus, where exactly? (Campus Store, Residence Life, Library, etc.)
  6. Who did you return it to on campus?
  7. Did you receive cash back?
  8. If you used your own shipping label, what's the tracking number? (Required)

Important: If you didn't use our label or follow the correct on-campus return procedure, we can't guarantee your item will be properly processed. Without our label, there's no link to your account. Only use labels from your My Account or direct emails from us.
