- Print the prepaid label off your account or print one we have sent you.
- Do NOT purchase your own.
- If you have issues getting the label to print contact customer Service before the rental due date.
- Pack the items using secure packaging - meaning in a way the book doesn't move in the package.
- If a book can move around in transit it could damage the box and not get back to us
- You should affix the return label to the outside of the box.
- If you are reusing the box the book arrived in make sure the previous label is completely covered. Otherwise it may be scanned in by the UPS by mistake and the package wouldn't arrive to us.
- You should put the packing slip inside the box.
- You should take their rental return to a UPS store and get a receipt.
If the you have multiple books that won't all fit in one box then you will need multiple labels. Make a label by clicking only the books in the box you are using it for. Repeat the process for all shipments so they have separate labels.
We won't mail you a box to return your rentals. You must supply your own.
Examples of secure packaging to return your rental
- Shoe box - taped and stuffed so the book can't move in transit
- Adult beverage packaging - taped and stuffed so the book can't move in transit
- Bubble mailer
Examples of poor return packaging
- Plastic bags
- affixing the label to the book
- Small book in a large box with nothing to cushion the book inside
- Books packed so tightly the package bulges - at risk of opening in transit
