Two common reasons:

• Temporary access expired: All students get temporary access at the beginning of class. To get full access, log in through your LMS first, then you can access materials elsewhere.
• Registration skipped: Some publishers require you to register your code. If you skip this step, you might only get 14-day temporary access instead of your purchased materials.
