What if I move or the address is incorrect?

You should update your address immediately through the verification process and contact customer service so they can update it on any already generated orders for the semester.

If your course materials already shipped, they will be sent to the address verified on your account at the time the order was generated. We are not able to change the shipping address on a delivery once it has shipped.

It may be possible to re-route your books if they were sent to one of the select campuses accepting packages. Please contact your home campus representative for further information.

Students will still be responsible for the fees associated with the book program in the event of non-receipt or delay of materials due to incorrect address information.
